Our Warranty Covers

Warranty Does Not Cover

- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, or natural changes in wood or animal skin.
- Damage resulting from exposure to excessive heat, moisture, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Natural variations in wood grain, color, and drum skin, as these are unique characteristics of handcrafted African drums.
Warranty Period
- All drums are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Warranty Claims
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Customers should contact our support team with their order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defect.
- Once approved, we will repair, replace, or provide another appropriate solution at our discretion.
